Help! European 18th c. silver tongs with unidentified marks

Greetings silver enthusiasts. I was curious if anyone out there might recognize these marks, which I believe could be Dutch, on a pair of 18th c. tongs. Thanks for the great information Cheryl! At least one of the pieces that I acquired was by Friedell, but unfortunately it seems that the Gorham piece isn't. Oh well, guess the 'F' will remain a mystery!
