Assayer is pretty straight forward in my view, "ил" = Ivan Lebedkin, women's head facing left so gotta be pre 1908. As for the maker, let me get back to you on friday, i'll get home from my travels and have the book there on makers.

measures = 8x7cm. I agree thats just an ordinary glass holder ...

If its a "Т" i gotta think who that could've been in the family.
"И" = Иванов , the family branch last name.
Do you think its a millitary piece or civilian?

Pre 1917 Russia, Initials engravings, need help ID, please.

Hi,
I have identified the maker and silver assay (kokoshnik). This is a family piece from Russian before 1917 revolution. The cup was manufactured and checked in Moscow around 1907.
If possible would like to identified engraved initials in the front of the cup. It seems like there is a russian " И ...
