I am unable to find the country/dating of this seal wax case in solid silver... there is no seal engraved. It is heavy (60 grs) and quite tall ( 10 cms).
Any help would be appreciated.

What bothers me is the Crown on the X (or double C) which is in 2 parts for sure and not in one part as it should for mid to end...

well, I am up to my max picture resolution... It represents a Cross, an anchor with a dot on top and a Lion or a bear with a crown...
I'll try to send other pictures with higher res.

There is also a minerva french mark (probably added later).
