Unknown Maker's mark, 1909(?) Chester inkwell
Hi I have an inkwell and I can't identify the maker's mark. From what I can gather the date mark is 1909. Can anyone help, please? Sorry for 3 pics but the hallmark is in 2 different places. Thank you very much for your help, Trev. Typical, the Sheffield date mark chart finishes the year before ! I have another piece which I'll post in the Chester section of the forum. It's an inkwell and from what I can tell it's from 1909. I just can't figure out who made it as the symbol doesn't seem...
