Hallmarks on Candlesticks: A bit confusing

All you hallmark sleuths: I recently found a pair of (Sabbath?) Candlesticks. What I DO understand is: they have the second Kokoshnik mark (1906- 1926) and the silver is 84 zolotniki purity. Ummm... The spoon in the first photo is clearly English Silver, brite-cut Sterling, date mark for 1796 (A) king George's head facing right. Lion Passant for Sterling. The blurry mark on the far left is the maker's mark.
