Is this an old Bremen Mark?

Hello to everybody, I defenitly need your help. Recently I bought an small item of silver. Please look at the marks. Has anybody an idea? It could be an old German Mark of Bremen. But the key is not identical to the one on your homepage. So what is it? I could not find a silversmith called Schneider...
