Ladle - WE over WF
Hello I purchased a ladle at the weekend which was sold as silver plate. I am not convinced that it is silver plate though. However, I don't know what the flag [?] and the little T mean so maybe they show that it is plated. I would be grateful for any information about these marks please. I feel it ...

Hello, I noticed this mark for the first time on the silver makers marks website on Sunday and straight away I thought I knew who it was. Thomas Pemberton, Robert Mitchell and George Cooke.
