Can someone tell me the maker of this coin silver gravy boat? I have attached a picture of the maker's hallmarks. The hallmarks on the bottom are in Chinese or Japanese. I need help to determine the age and the maker. The set is solid silver. I think one of the hallmarks tells the silver purity but not sure.
